At Paws & Peaks, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you and your pup to be fully satisfied. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • If used, items must be in original condition

Used items may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If your item has been used, please contact our customer support team to help you returning the product:

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Used dog gear that has been used for more than 10 days (for hygiene and safety reasons)

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs are covered by Paws & Peaks only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

6. Exchanges

We do offer exchanges for items such as different sizes or colors, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
