History
Before Apollo entered my life, I was an avid traveler and explorer, always chasing the next adventure. Born on the outskirts of London, Ontario, that little ball of fur chose me instantly—climbing right into my boot as if he knew we were meant to be. From that moment, I knew he was part of my journey. But as we all know, life doesn't always go as planned. Unfortunately, Apollo injured his leg, which put a halt to our adventures for a while. Thankfully, he made a full recovery, as if it had never happened. During this time, I made a promise to both him and myself: we wouldn't take life for granted, and we'd seize every opportunity and adventure. During our adventures, I found myself going through numerous leashes and collars; they were constantly breaking or not holding in place but I struggled to find a brand I could rely on. That's when I decided to create a durable and reliable outdoor dog gear brand that would keep up with not only our rugged outdoor adventures but also our everyday moments and activities. We all want our furry best friends to have the best life possible—they deserve nothing less. And that's how “Paws and Peaks” was born.
PURPOSES
Inspired by the mantra Chase The Wild, we take our cues from the inspiring energy of our furry friends chasing after a ball. They remind us to approach every adventure with passion, love, and enthusiasm—especially when shared with our best friends. That’s why we’re committed to creating top-quality, safe outdoor gear for dogs who love to explore the world right alongside their humans.
